Step-by-Step Overview

Professional Assistance and Management of All National and International Formalities

From start to finish, we manage all national and international arrangements with professionalism and sensitivity.

We act as your representative to liaise with consulates, embassies, notaries, third parties and local authorities, including the police and the prosecutor’s office.

Transportation and Mortuary Care

Your loved one is picked up by our professionals and transported from the place of death to our private mortuary.

We provide mortuary care until the day of the repatriation.

Document Gathering, Preparation and Translation

We ensure all required documentation for the repatriation is obtained, prepared and translated by certified, multilingual translators.

These include the International Death Certificate (Formul C) and any other necessary documents.

Family and Third-Party Communication (24/7)

We maintain clear and continuous communication with family members and third parties (e.g., receiving funeral directors), ensuring everyone is kept informed throughout the process.

Medical Treatments, Embalming, Hygienic Care and Dressing

We provide hygienic care performed by a male hoca for men and a female hoca for women, along with all necessary medical treatments.

Enshrouding your loved one with care is also part of the service, using a shroud (kafan) in accordance with Islamic traditions.

We respect and accommodate the customs and rites of the Muslim religion throughout these processes.

Air Transport Logistics

An airway bill (AWB) for up to 110 kg is organized, including customs clearance.

Coffin and Sealing

We provide a standard wooden coffin with zinc interior suitable for both domestic and international repatriation.

Once the your loved one is carefully placed in the coffin, the coffin is sealed by us for safe transportation.

Airport Transfer and Final Arrangements

We take care of all logistics, ensuring that the coffin is safely transported to the airport and that all final arrangements are made for its onward journey.

Transit/Transportation Service

Secure and dignified transportation of the deceased, both domestically and internationally.

Sheikh Arrangements and Funeral Prayer (Salat al-Janazah) at the Mosque

Arrangements will be made for sheikhs to be present both at the mosque and the graveyard to conduct the necessary rites in accordance with Muslim traditions.
We also transport the coffin to the mosque for the funeral prayer (Salat al-Janazah) before proceeding to the graveyard.

Burial Ceremony and Prayer at the Graveyard

We coordinate the burial ceremony in accordance with Muslim traditions, ensuring it reflects your family’s wishes and is conducted with the utmost respect and dignity, with a hoca leading a prayer at the graveyard.

Logistical Support for Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are picked up from their location, carefully packed and transported to the desired destination via DHL, ensuring everything is handled with the utmost care.

Airplane Tickets for Family Members

We can arrange and book airplane tickets for family members to travel on the same plane as their loved one.
