Transportation and Mortuary Care

Your loved one is picked up by our professionals and transported from the place of death to our private mortuary.

We provide mortuary care until the day of the burial.

Document Gathering, Preparation and Translation

We ensure all required documentation for the burial is obtained, prepared and translated by certified, multilingual translators.

These include the International Death Certificate (Formul C) and any other necessary documents.

Family and Third-Party Communication (24/7)

We maintain clear and continuous communication with family members and third parties, ensuring everyone is kept informed throughout the process.

Medical Treatments, Embalming, Hygienic Care and Dressing

We provide hygienic care and all necessary medical treatments.

Dressing your loved one with care is also part of the service - whether using our specialized funeral attire or clothing provided by you.

Grave Plot

We arrange the purchase of a dedicated grave plot, covering all associated fees and ensuring a dignified final resting place for your loved one.

Coffin and Grave Marker

We provide a standard wooden coffin suitable for a burial, along with a wooden grave marker crafted in accordance with the individual’s religious traditions.

Religious Figures

Religious figures, such as priests and hocas, are available to conduct the necessary rites in accordance with the individual’s religious customs, whether it involves a prayer at the church, the mosque or the graveyard.

Burial Ceremony

We coordinate the burial ceremony, ensuring it reflects your family’s wishes and is conducted with the utmost respect for your religious and cultural traditions.
